Abandoned vehicle and associated fly tipping
Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8614898.
Abandoned vehicle in loading bay outside block of flats for days. Has broken window and fly tipping around and inside it although I did see council cleaners clean some of the rubbish on the pavement next to it today (but not the huge pile of fly tipping to the left of the vehicle in the picture)
