I am submitting an anonymous complaint regarding an ongoing and serious I am submitting an anonymous complaint regarding an ongoing and serious pavement obstruction and pedestrian safety hazard caused by S&S Halal Meat & Grocers, located at 295 Walworth Road, London SE17 2TG. The business is encroaching onto the public pavement, restricting pedestrian access and forcing people to walk around external items. This alone creates a safety risk, particularly for wheelchair users, parents with prams, elderly pedestrians, and those with mobility impairments. This risk is significantly worsened by the fact that defrosted liquid from fish products is seeping from the premises and running along the pavement. The liquid produ caused by S&S Halal Meat & Grocers, located at 295 Walworth Road, London SE17 2TG. The liquid produces a strong and offensive smell and creates a slip hazard on a busy public walkway. Pedestrians are being forced to walk through or around: Contaminated, foul-smelling liquid Obstructed pavement space Unsafe walking conditions This situation represents a clear breach of public highway regulations and an unacceptable risk to pedestrian safety and public health. The issue appears to be ongoing rather than temporary. I request that this matter be treated as urgent, that the location is inspected promptly, and that immediate enforcement action is taken to: Remove pavement obstructions Prevent further leakage of liquid onto the public highway Ensure the pavement is kept clean, safe, and unobstructed This complaint is submitted anonymously.
