Terrible sight at main entrance Edison house

Extremely unhygenic and uncivilised appearence looks worse than the worst possible areas of the world. It's Bern like this for two to three days already. And it's a recurring issue. Residents throw and dump waste and removal of waste us not as frequent as it should be with fewer bins. Also big items are trashed. It's very harmful for the image of Southwark and thus locality. Any visitors or passers by can see this is perhaps the worst neighbourhood and its a shame to live in this building for my family.
