Veolia left bins unemptied

Please can Veolia or the company disposing of waste actually empty all bins and put them back in the right place? Bins were emptied on Crampton St today and not all were emptied. Veolia clearly knew these ones in the photos needed emptied but have left them, blocking access to a bike and wheelchair route. Please have these emptied asap.
