This area has been left in this condition for some time and has not been properly cleaned. As a result, residents have had to clean parts of the estate themselves. However, the downstairs area near the stairs remains in a very poor condition and looks neglected. This is unacceptable and highlights the ongoing failure to carry out proper estate cleaning.
