Crossing spotlights not working

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8587826.

The spotlights on the crossing are not working. This is particularly hard to see if pedestrians are waiting or starting to cross at nighttime, especially on the NB side where overhanging trees reduce light levels further.
