Leaf mountain and grass

Hello, I had a large hill of leaves and long grass which Southwark Council did not clear for weeks so I had to pull up the grass and clear the large hill of leaves outside of my house myself at the beginning of November at 130 Crofton Road. The leaves have now returned which is problematic for access to my home. I pay my council tax. Please can you clear outside my house as I shouldn't have to do this myself. Thank you
