Graffiti on private apartment block

Vandals have graffitied the corner of our apartment building. This has given rise to more unknown people hanging around outside our building, attempting to add to the graffiti. One neighbour shouted out of their window telling them to leave whilst they were climbing on the garages to graffiti. The next day, someone came back and threw a rock at their window. This has left residents afraid and desperate to have the graffiti cleaned to disencourage more vandalism. Please help!
