There are overflowing bins and boxes on Charleston Street that are piling up. This is becoming a serious health concern. This has already been "resolved" once but nobody has come and taken it. Please can I ask that this be resolved and taken?

  • Can someone tell me why this keeps being "resolved" and "closed" when the rubbish is still there? This is not somebody's private rubbish and does not belong to any of the houses in the photo, somebody just dumped it there and it keeps being added to
