Flooding on road by bus stop when it rains

As you can see, I reported this two months ago. It was reported as having been fixed over a month ago.
As you can also see from the attached photograph this has not been fixed. Indeed nothing has been done as it is a major issue from the last resurfacing of this road. Your contractors have lied to you!
