Street lamps off for over a year!! Sort it out!

A number of street lamps on the pathway to Sainsbury's from Monclar road are not working and it is pitch black. It is really dangerous for accidents but also for personal safety - children walking from school feeling unsafe, wheelchair users and other vulnerable groups cannot see the path. Please respond, nothing has been done for over a year. Now more lights are off making it even more dangerous
