Broken and battered street works

For Covid the pavement was widened with these works. Covid has passed and the works have been abandoned by the council. The bollards have disappeared and the concrete/paving stones have come loose. This needs to be removed and retuned to the original configuration. It looks awful and is dangerously for pedestrians who are no longer protected by bollards, and dangerous for car drivers who do not see the stones in the middle of the road.

The bollards were removed every night by vandals in the days when they existed, so replacing the bollards is not the answer!
