Flap door on the light post

The flap door on the light post has fallen off. Kindly close this and fix it as the school kids might carry the flap door and might dump it somewhere else. I request you to kindly fix this as soon as possible also because of the safety risk. I would greatly appreciate a swift response. Thank you so much.
