Doors on roof of Medina House open and swinging in the wind

The metal doors on the roof access of Medina House are open and swinging about in the wind. There is a risk of damage to the doors or roof and more so that they could injure someone if the wind breaks them off and sends them down to the ground. It has been a few days like this now.
