No full street sweeping for many weeks

The pavements on the section of Camberwell Grove north of the railway bridge are choked with rotting leaf litter. There has not been a complete/total sweeping of leaves at all so far this autumn. There are many very large trees in this street, and massive leaf fall. Parts of the pavements themselves are swept and then the operative leaves and doens;t come back to finish the job. Consequently the gutters are completely choked with the rotting leaves. This is dangerous because the pavements has become slippery, and you can't see the kerbs in many places, also a hazard. When it rains heavily the water backs up across the road (we are on a hill). I'm watching the operative right now and he's sweeping up some of the leaves on the pavement, BUT SWEEPING THE REST INTO THE RAIN GUTTERS AN WALKING ON! This is only adding to the heaps of leaves already there. This is not a job for one person who comes occasionally, but needs a 'blitz' with a team to do the whole job. NB The same applies to all the streets in this neighbourhood.
