A vehicle has been parked on the pavement for nearly a week outside Sainsbury’s at Elephant & Castle. It is obstructing the pedestrian walkway and partially blocking the cycle path, causing a hazard and forcing people to step into the road. This should be issued a parking ticket and removed.
