Flytipping issue reported as fixed but it has not been cleared

Ped frames have been flytipped here since at least late September. The issue has been reported on this site twice but not resolved. Since it was originally reported, more items have been flytipped, creating a growing eyesore and waste issue. Please clear these items as soon as possible.
