Corner of Linnell and Shenley Road regularly used as flytipping spot. Let’s set up a camera to catch the repeat offender.

The corner of Linnell Road and Shenley Road is frequently used as a dumping /flytipping spot. This last week many blue bags of mattress stuffing left and then wind blue the stuffing all over the streets. I cleaned it up. As this is a repeat site, can we set up a camera to record the licence plates and identities of the culprits?
