Littering problem under bridge

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8509952.

Littering has gone worse under the bridge, the rubbish bins are often overflowing, there is rubbish dumped throughout the street. Would advise a more permanent solution, such as relocating the rubbish bins
