You wrote ,action will not be take, it is private problem. Have you been contacted them? I think you council are responssible for a safety roads and pavements and as you can see on photo it is hazard and box cannot be left on pavement and road like this!

I am not happy with "it is closed", without next step will be taken. If it is not your problem as a council, you need to take action with a private sector, and put things on right. Or box will be left like this for another years?
