Mushy slushy leaves on pavements and kerbs

This is my 3rd report of mushy slushy leaves on pavements and in kerbs from 2-18 Maxted Road. The leaves dropped weeks ago and have still not been cleared. Instead they are turning to mush and are slippery and dangerous. The block kerbs means drainage does not work properly. Please can this be cleared (preferably not by a leaf blower that just splatters parked cars and fronts of houses). Thanks
