Stolen bikes outside 44a house every day. The boys living there are stealing bikes constantly and selling them from there.

The police/council need to do something about these boys, constantly stealing bikes from hard working people, littering, scaring locals, shouting abuse at passers-by for no reason. Why aren't they in school and why are they allowed to continue stealing bikes? Horrible people.
