Flat 30 constantly leaving rubbish outside door causing smell attracting vermin and trip hazards Dog poo smell coming from kitchen of flat making it smell out the whole block washing lines left to be trip hazards clothes prams everywhere constantly stopping us going to other lift when one is out of action everyday
