A couple of bed frames have been on the pavement for 2 months and this attracts further rubbish sometimes dangerous for members of the public. Also a black wheelie bin have been left outside the dedicated bin room following the rubbish collection at 109 Elmington road, Blissit court (SE5 7RA). Can you please address these issues asap? Many thanks
