For a few years now, someone has been living rubbish in this location. Probably dumping it when parked. The council is now proposing another cycle store leaving space between the existing one and new one, saving space for the tree. Therefore leaving more space for a continuous rubbish dump. There is rubbish in this location for most of the year now. I
