Overgrown shrub on Tunnel Road blocking parking space

There is a vine tree/plant growing on Tunnel Road on the side of the Sands Film Studio building which has overgrown and now obstructing a parking space. The branches are long and scratching the side and roof of cars trying to park in the space. The branches have grown considerably in the past 4 weeks.
