Traffic mounting pavement in both directions to avoid road closure. Putting pedestrians at serious risk of inlury. This happens every time roadworks are carried out here. The closure needs to be more than tiny cones that are easily moved out of hte way. Its dangerous and a liability to the utility company and the council
