Uber delivery bikes illegally parked on pavement

These two have been parked all day illegally om the pavement, presumably to advertise to the building opposite. Please have them removed. Please also regulate these food delivery companies properly - their bikes seem to have more rights than people, are often illegally powered and do not have lights. Make them play by the rules
