Urine in lift

This lift is being used as a toilet, I’m now gonna have to clean it , it’s been there for a week , cleaner doesn’t clean the whole block is disgustingly dirty, he just walks up and down doing nothing!!! Video evidence to prove it ,, when he’s on holiday the estate gets cleaned !
