From one of the flats on floors above 11 Atwood house which is ground floor, spilled paint down drain. Liquid such as rainwater, usual spills out before slowly seething down drain, in this case it appears to be white paint. I noticed it on Friday 26 September but had difficulty logging on to report sooner.
