Poorly parked Forest bikes

Two days in a row (11th & 12th September) I have encountered Forest bikes blocking the entrance or intercom to my flat building, Tadworth House, Webber St. These bikes, along with Lime, are regularly found blocking footpaths, entrances or parking spaces. I have reported the issue to Forest but would appreciate it being logged by Southwark Council, as this could cause issues for anyone in a wheelchair or with a pushchair and I feel more needs to be done to control dock-less bicycles. Thanks!
