1 x Abandoned bicycle which have been vandalised (the saddle has been stolen) situated outside Elephant & Castle Underground - South Bank Uni/Bakerloo Line Exit. This bike was reported as abandoned three weeks ago and a Southwark Council notice was taped to the bicycle two weeks ago (you can see what is left of the notice to remove on the photo) This job has been listed as completed but it is not as the bike is still in position, abandoned. This bike is still here after six weeks and several weeks after the notice to remove was put on the bike. This bike is taking away a place for commuters to park their bikes and also making the area look unsafe. Please remove this bicycle as soon as possible, thank you.
