This pike is getting larger and larger. There is no skip. It’s dumped on the side of the road in a haphazard and dangerous manner. It’s spilling onto the pavement. The waste is attracting rats and consists of dangerous materials, including broken glass which could fall on a pass by or be touched by small children. This has been on-going for weeks.
