Uneven pavement slab nearing fencing outside Prescott House, SE17

On Hillingdon street just outside the fencing by Prescott House there is a pavement slab which is raised and could be a potential trip/accident hazard. I only noticed it this morning (09.09.25 - 09:15am) so I think it is recent.
