Dumped Sofa in the front garden of the property

I think 35 Ambergate Street is a council property. The people who live there have dumped a sofa outside their flat and there are also two shopping trolleys in the front garden section. It looks very unsightly. It would be great if they could be removed. I have reported the two shopping trolleys to Tesco and Morrisons.
