Someone has dumped a load of rubbish and large amounts of grass and tree cuttings on the footpath on Wednesday or Thursday, It is starting to rot and attracting foxes etc. I am not sure where it has come from but I noticed that grass and trees have been cut in St Paul’s Terrace (adjacent street)
