Waste from recent roadworks still remains, being walked into home and may soon block drains

The roadworks in Raymouth Road used the parking bays outside 15-21 Aspinden Road to pile up the excavated waste over a period of two months. Although the pile has now gone there is a lot of debris remaining on the road in these bays, and it is being walked into neighbouring homes and is likely to block drains. Please would it be possible for it to be swept/ jet washed. Thank you.
