Someone has left hard furnishings on the corner of our street

The hard furnishings are next to a brown bin which is not being collected due to mis-use. The brown bin is not our buildings, as we do not have a garden waste bin. Please can you get rid of this fly tipping and the brown bin ? The fly tipping is new as of yesterday but the brown bin has been there for over a month.
