Hello — Someone has flytipped some rubbish on top of the abandoned bins on Wingfield Street near the corner of Maxted Road. This is a frequent flytipping location, so I would appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly. There are also two abandoned bins that have been reported to the council and need to be picked up. Thank you!
