Rubbish box's fan outside no 12 Philip walk

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8034881.

This is an on going problem with no12 Philip walk they have been reported on several occasions but they still continue to do this as there no one ever acts Upton there dumping of rubbish every one else has to dispose of there rubbish but no the council will just pick there rubbish up and dispose of it I think we should all just throw our rubbish out onto the street.
