Builder rubble outside 66 George Row SE16 4UH

This rubble and other waste has been there for around two weeks and not removed. I am the freeholder to 67 George Row, the yellow brick building against which the rubble has been left. It is causing a potential fire hazard and now needs to be removed urgently. I suspect that this results from works at one of the flats at 66 George Row (there have been no works at 67). Many thanks.
