Parking on pavement behind large planting bay by up to 5 cars.

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8012023.

This problem was reported in 2023 but is still ongoing (ref. 5055370.) A group of cars park on the pavement behind the planter so hidden from the road. Depending on how many are there the area is unsafe for children to play, off limits to people with pushchairs and an obstruction to emergency vehicles. The cars vary in number but there is normally one or more there at most times of the day or night. They were ticketed a while ago but this hasn't deterred them.
