Issue has persisted for months, this has attracted mosquitos leading to an increase of them in the area as the bins are a breeding ground and they fly into nearby adjacent windows.

Dog poo bags, dirty bedding and rubbish all over the front garden of 53 Amina Way, this is attracting rats/mosquitos in the area, this behaviour is ridiculous given bins are provided and regularly collected for all Residents.
