Regular Fly Tipping

This is a regular fly tipping area, where cars are able to drive right up to the bins and unload whatever they wish.

Residents need to be educated on where to dispose on general waste, this is a recycling point. OR, this needs to be become to a mixed waste area to effectively serve the residents. There is no longer door to door collection for the majority of residents so the waste collection areas need to be better placed/revised.

Can the gate be also be closed please, this may deter people who are dumping.
