Last night at 03:08 + 03:09, a man dumped black bags of rubbish outside 4 and 4a Highshore Road and the entrance to Abid Mews. These bags contained soiled nappies and condoms, rotting fruit and general waste.

The rubbish has been cleared by the residents, but Ring Doorbell footage captures him
