Resident at this address was seen yesterday 7th August dumping waste from her property at the back of the pathway to her house. Its not the first time. This resident and family members are constantly dumping household and garden rubbish at the back of their home with no recourse from Southwark it will continue. The unsightly and unhygienic enviroment caused by this inconsiderate resident is unacceptable. Why is Southwark council allowing this to continue? Once again the area is being littered and nothing is being done to stop it.
