Tree hugely overgrown

Tree is blocking light, branches low hanging and causing issues with access to houses. Impacting on telephone wires. Foliage taking over the fronts of houses even days after being swept away. Drains blocked. Removal of foliage not the issue, tree in desperate need of substantial trimming
