Lifebuoys vandalised

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7922587.

Two lifebuoys on Bankside have had the rope pulled out from the cases, so that they are trailing from the floor. One towards Blackfriars Stn, and another near Southwark Bridge. Would it be possible to check that everything is in order, please?
