Large Fridge, Drying Rack, board, Baby Carrier and Baby Mat and lino cut dumped on Pitman street. The Fly tipping has started up again which encourages people to dump more rubbish. Its disgusting behaviour as people should ask the council to collect an not just dump so they can be recycled.
