Emergency Access Gates Left open

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7835098.

The newly-installed gates have been unlocked and left open. The padlock has been locked to the chain with no way of securing the gates. The road is once more a rat run.

Please find a PERMANENT solution to this ongoing issue.
